School Start and Finish Times

The school office is open from 8.30am to 4.00pm and the telephone number is 01282 614463.

Start times - pupils are to arrive from 8.45am onwards and must be in their classrooms by 8.55am, when lessons will commence.

Parents are to drop children off at the gate.

End of school day - pupils in Classes Pendle and Barley will finish at 3.25pm -any pupil who has an older sibling in school will wait in the school playground for their older sibling(s).

Pupils in Classes Marsden, Towneley and Wycoller will finish at 3.30pm.

Baking bread - where does our food come from?

As part of our studies in RE, the children in reception have been learning how bread is made. Mrs Variyam helped different groups of children to make their own bread and then they got to take it home to taste. Miss Moulden, Mrs Swire and the Year 1 children also got a sneaky taste and they thought it was delicious!
