School Start and Finish Times

The school office is open from 8.30am to 4.00pm and the telephone number is 01282 614463.


Start times - pupils are to arrive from 8.45am onwards and must be in their classrooms by 8.55am, when lessons will commence.


Parents are to drop children off at the gate.


End of school day - pupils in Classes Pendle and Barley will finish at 3.25pm -any pupil who has an older sibling in school will wait in the school playground for their older sibling(s).


Pupils in Classes Marsden, Towneley and Wycoller will finish at 3.30pm.

Jelly Investigation

We all enjoyed carrying out a jelly investigation today. We had been set a challenge to find out if adding fresh and tinned pineapple to jelly, changed the way it set. 

By the end of the day, the jelly had set in all three pots, and whilst we did not come up with a conclusion for this, we enjoyed getting to eat the finished item!
