School Start and Finish Times

The school office is open from 8.30am to 4.00pm and the telephone number is 01282 614463.


Start times - pupils are to arrive from 8.45am onwards and must be in their classrooms by 8.55am, when lessons will commence.


Parents are to drop children off at the gate.


End of school day - pupils in Classes Pendle and Barley will finish at 3.25pm -any pupil who has an older sibling in school will wait in the school playground for their older sibling(s).


Pupils in Classes Marsden, Towneley and Wycoller will finish at 3.30pm.

We have had a really positive start to the year.  We were ll very tired by Friday - especially Mrs Macdonald. We have been reading the book 'The boy, the Mole. the Fox and the Horse'.

It is a lovely book full of isnpirational quotes to use when we are feeling a little sad or worried. Over the next week, we will create out own version.  Watch out for them on our class page.

Year six have continued their hard work and commitment to learning. This week, we have started to look at classification. We had a fabulous time classifying chocolate and then, of course, eating it.   Ask us how many animals there are in the World.
